Social Media Landing Pages?

How many of you are using social media/social marketing?

Do you have a landing page on your site that lists your family of websites? I'm trying to tackle the creation of a page like this, and I'm having little to no luck finding good examples!

Thoughts? Suggestions? Examples?

Interesting idea for our general website.

How would you use this on a social media site, other than Ning? Most other SN tools have few options for adding URL lists. With FB you can add many but are unable to hide the hrefs.
